1. Shipping Policy

Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India): We deliver across all major cities and towns in India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside India.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (metro cities) and 7–12 business days (nonmetro areas).
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (available in select locations at an additional cost).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Flat ₹99 per order.
Express Shipping: Charges vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹2,999 qualify for free standard shipping within India (excluding oversized items).

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor delivery status.
You can also log in to your HomesElite account to check order progress.

Packaging Standards

All products are packed using industry-standard protective materials to minimise damage risks.
Fragile décor lighting items receive extra cushioning and double-box packaging.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged on arrival or lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos in case of damage).
Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
Claims raised beyond 48 hours may not be eligible.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel

   Order ID
   Registered email/phone number
   Reason for cancellation
Alternatively, call our Customer Care at +91-8368162478 (available Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).

NonCancellable Orders

Orders already shipped or dispatched.
Customised or made-to-order items.
Clearance or final sale products.

Fees

No cancellation fees apply if cancelled within the allowed time frame.
If payment gateway charges apply, they may be deducted from the refund (in rare cases).

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
COD orders: No charges if cancelled before dispatch. If refused at delivery without prior cancellation, future COD orders may be restricted.
