1. Introduction

Our return and refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind. It outlines when and how you can return a product, request a refund, or opt for an exchange. This helps us maintain fairness while ensuring your satisfaction remains our priority.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

Timeframe: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of items: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Eligible products: Standard décor lighting items (chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, lamps, etc.) purchased directly from [www.homeselite.in](http://www.homeselite.in).
Defective/Damaged items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email at [support@homeselite.in](mailto:support@homeselite.in) or call +91-8368162478.
2. Provide your Order ID, registered email/phone, and reason for return.
3. Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue (for damaged/defective cases).
4. Our support team will verify the request and guide you through pickup or return instructions.
5. Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

Note: Unauthorised returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Mode of refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Store credit option: In select cases, you may choose store credit for faster resolution.
Deductions: Shipping charges (if any) are nonrefundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
COD orders: Refunds will be processed to a customer’s bank account; bank details will be requested for the same.

5. Exchanges

One-time exchange is allowed for eligible products of equal or higher value (price difference to be borne by the customer).
Exchange requests must follow the same steps as returns and be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customised or made-to-order products
Clearance, discounted, or “final sale” items
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or customer negligence
Items reported beyond the 7-day return window

7. Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged/Wrong items: HomesElite will bear the return shipping costs.
Other returns (e.g., change of mind): Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. These charges may be deducted from the refund amount if prepaid pickup is arranged by us.
